Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced and self motivated professional as an Senior Associate to lead a team of lawyers in a dynamic and growth oriented corporate/commercial practice.

Qualifications: Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar. Call to the Bar in other jurisdictions and LLM a plus.

Experience: A minimum eight (8) years experience preferably in corporate/commercial and litigation matters. Substantial knowledge in banking and finance law, energy/oil and gas, capital markets, real estate and labour law expected. Experience working on government projects a plus.
Business Development Skills. Strong interpersonal and networking skills to generate new business for the firm and maintain client relationships. Ability to lead a team of junior colleagues.
