We have advised various companies seeking to invest and do business in Ghana. The sectors or areas mostly covered are processing, construction, hospitality and finance. The team is currently co-advising on the establishment of the first international Infrastructure Fund in Ghana.

We are passionate about the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AFCFTA) and its potential effect on Ghana and the continent. To this end, our firm extends its legal services to African businesses seeking to understand AFCFTA and its implications on their business activities across Africa.
