Some transactions our team have been involved in include:

• Merger of Total Oil Ghana and Mobil Oil Ghana Limited,
• Celtel B. V’s successful acquisition of Western Tele Systems and its later transition to Zain Ghana Limited which is now Airtel/Tigo.
• American Tower’s $420 million acquisition of MTN Ghana’s telecommunication towers.
