Our experience in labour law matters range from advise on various employment law matters to clients including redundancies, terminations and disciplinary matters in line with corporate policies and the labour law. We have additionally advised and negotiated various collective bargaining agreements between our clients and unions.
Significantly, we have advised clients on force majeure and annual leave considerations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on businesses and their employees.
