Ama Obese – Jecty is a Trainee Associate/Pupil passionate about Commercial, Finance and Investment Law, with an LLB degree from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She has had varied with reputable firms such as AB & David, Fugar and Company and Azizbamba & Associates. Ama has also interned with public institutions such as the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, where she wrote articles on topical issues including Child Labour.

During her undergraduate years, Ama served as the Attorney – General for Hilla Limann Hall and subsequently became the Chief Justice for the hall, presiding over cases brought to the Judicial Board. She also held the position of a Senator on the Senate of the Law Students Union (LSU). At the Ghana School of Law, she served as the Financial Secretary of the Law Christian Fellowship.

She is an Alumni of Ghana International School in Ghana and is also an artist, spoken word poet and writer.
