Aseda is an Associate of the firm and a member of the Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance,  Energy, Oil & Gas and International Trade & Investment Practice areas.

Prior to being called to the Ghanaian Bar, Aseda worked as an electoral affairs consultant with the African Union in various countries such as Botswana, Zambia and Kenya. She also served as a media and civil society organizations analyst in a Pre-Election Assessment Mission to the Republic of Botswana. As an Analyst, her duties included assessing the pre-election situation in light of regional and international standards for democratic elections and legislation in Botswana. She was also the Electoral Commissioner of GIMPA campus while a student at the Ghana School of Law.

Aseda has vast experience in the educational sector; having worked for over a decade as an Administrator and Director of an international Cambridge/ Pearson educational institution. In those roles, she was in charge of managing and directing all activities of the Pre-School and Primary Departments. This was in addition to ensuring a steady growth of the school’s student population.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University Ghana, a Masters in Global Politics from the University of Southampton-UK, an LLB from GIMPA Faculty of Law and various certificates including; Rule of Law, Human Rights, Human Rights Training for Peace Support Operations, Elections Management from Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center (KAIPTC).

Born in Cote d’Ivoire, she speaks and writes fluent French and has basic knowledge of Spanish.

She is an alumna of Achimota School and avid reader.  She recently published an article titled: “Drones – A Game Changing Technology and its Regulations.”
