Bridget has expertise in Energy, Mining, Corporate and Commercial law and is focused on Koranteng and Koranteng’s Energy and Company Law practice. She has gained experience in the energy Patrice by being part of the team advising the firm’s client (The Government of Ghana) in Renegotiating and Refinancing several Power Purchase Agreements. Additionally, she is currently providing advisory services on multi-part related transactions on Government Guarantee Agreements, Gas Agreements, and key legislations in the energy sector.

Bridget has significant experience in structuring Business-to-Business transactions and Public-Private ventures. She is adept at Ghana’s Public Procurement Laws and Procedures and advises on regulatory requirements in company incorporation.

Prior to joining Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors, Bridget worked at Ayine & Felli Chambers where she supported lead counsels on corporate and commercial litigation cases.

Bridget is an advisor on Local Content and Participation in the mining industry and has led negotiations on several agreements to promote business sustainability on behalf of the company’s corporate clients.

She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, holds a professional qualification in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and has an LLB from MountCrest University College.
