Emma is an accomplished lawyer with over a decade of expertise in Debt Restructuring & Recovery, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial, Land & Real Estate, Family, Natural Resources and Labor Law. She has provided stellar legal advisory services to parastatals, corporate institutions and individual clients over the course of her career.
Prior to joining the K&K team, Emma was the Head of Land, Family and Estate Planning at Minkah-Premo & Co. for 4 years where she was involved in the firm’s debt recovery for its telecommunication and financial institutions and individual clients. She also lectured at the Law Institute attached to the Firm.
Emma also worked at the Twumasi-Ankrah & Co. law firm where she honed her legal expertise. Apart from legal practice, she has competencies in the Ghanaian pharmaceutical industry from her years of experience in a commercial role.
Emma is a member of the Governing Board of Ridge Church School, a member of the Legal Committee of Accra Ridge Church and Board Secretary for COY Pediatrics Clinic in Ghana.
Emma holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science & Sociology and Law from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, UK, Ghana Chapter and Toastmasters International.
