Emma’s expertise as a lawyer over the past 10 years covers Debt Restructuring & Recovery, Litigation, Corporate and Commercial, Land & Real Estate, Family, Natural Resources, and Labor Law. She has provided extensive services to private and public clients over the years.
Before joining us, she was the Head of Land, Family and Estate Planning at Minkah-Premo & Co. She was involved in the firm’s debt recovery for its telecommunication, financial and individual clients.
She is also a member of the Governing Board of Ridge Church School, member of the Legal Committee of Accra Ridge Church and Board Secretary for COY Pediatrics Clinic in Ghana.
Emma holds two Bachelor degrees in Political Science & Sociology and Law from the University of Ghana.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, UK, Ghana Charter and Toastmasters International.
