Irene Lydia Clottey is an Associate and of the firm in its Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution practice areas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa (UMaT). She also holds an LLB from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

Before being called to the Ghanaian Bar, she worked with the Ghana International School (GIS) in the area of Special Education Needs. She has interned at firms such as Zoe, Akyea and Co while studying at the law faculty.

She is an alumnus of St. Mary’s Secondary School where she was a member of the Editorial Board. She recently published an article titled: “Mergers and Acquisitions in the Telecommunications Industry.”
