Jasmine Gerald Williams is an associate of the firm and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She holds an LLB from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. She has experience in advising corporate entities on regulatory matters and compliance.
Prior to joining the firm as a Trainee Associate/Pupil, she was an Associate at Velia Consulting Limited where she advised on business registrations, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance for Fintech companies. Her interests are in Cyber Security, Data Protection, Debt Restructuring and Recovery and Litigation.
