Nuna is a corporate and commercial lawyer who provides advisory services in corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property, and regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining Koranteng and Koranteng Legal Advisors, Nuna interned at the Attorney General’s Chambers and Ministry of Justice in The Gambia where she assisted in the registration of companies and businesses under the Companies Registry as well as reviewing proposed bills for the Legislative Drafting Department.
Prior to that she interned at a corporate and commercial law firm in Accra where she acted as a secretarial liaison between the firm and its various clients. She also has experience from other law firms such as LithurBrew & Company and Kuenyehia & Nutsukpui.
She has experience in advising corporate entities on regulatory and compliance matters and has contributed to advising businesses on registrations and incorporations. Her areas of specialization include company secretarial matters, advising on commercial agreements and employment-related issues.
She has interests in the areas of Energy/ Natural Resources, Corporate governance and Commercial Law, International Trade, and Intellectual Property, among others.
She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and holds an LLB from Lancaster University and a BL from The Gambia Law School. She is an alumni of Tema International School, loves listening to live classical music and a patron of the arts.
