Patrick Kweku Intarmah is an Associate of the firm with coverage over taxation and commercial aspects of the firm’s practice. He is an experienced tax professional and holds an MBA (Finance) from Central University, a B.Sc. (Mathematics) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and an LLB Law degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana).
Patrick has a wealth of over twenty years’ experience in Tax Administration and Management. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the Ghana Revenue Authority as a Chief Revenue Officer. His experience in tax covers holding the position of Senior Revenue Officer at the erstwhile Value Added Tax Service and holding various positions in Tax Operations including head of Control and Verification and at the Fraud and Special Control Unit. Patrick is currently seconded to the Legal Affairs and Treaties (LAT) Department of the Ghana Revenue Authority.
Patrick has passion for teaching and has held teaching positions in Physical Sciences and Mathematics at Oxford International High School, Harding, Kwazulu Natal Province, South Africa, Elective Mathematics and Core Mathematics at Archbishop Porter Girls’ Secondary School, Takoradi and was also a part-time lecturer with the Statistics Department of Takoradi Polytechnic.
Patrick is an alumni of Ghana Secondary Technical School (GSTS) and is an avid chess player.
