Sharon is an aspiring corporate and commercial lawyer with an LLB from Lancaster University Ghana.

During her undergraduate years, Sharon held the position of General Secretary of the LUG Law Society and subsequently became Vice-President in her final year. She was a member of the editorial board of the LUG Law Student Journal for two years.

Before joining Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors, Sharon undertook her national service with the Legal Services and Legislative Drafting Department of Parliament where she gained experience with conducting legal research, writing memos and opinions and drafting contracts. Sharon has also participated in virtual commercial law internships where she has learned the basics of M&A transactions, global investigations and legal research from lawyers in globally reputable law firms such as Latham & Watkins, Herbert Smith Freehills and Slaughter and May.

Sharon hopes to become a progressive commercial lawyer that would help create policies that would promote commercial activity within Africa in furtherance of the operation of the African Continental Free Trade Area.
