After receiving an unfavorable decision from the High Court, Telecom Giant Scancom (MTN) heads to the Supreme Court to quash the National Communications Authority’s decision.

MTN Ghana sought to invoke the High Court’s judicial review powers to quash the decision of the NCA to classify it as a Significant Market Player. This categorization permits the Authority to take remedial actions against the telco to promote competition.
